Booking an appointment
Consultations take place at Saint-Antoine Hospital (AP-HP), either as public hospital activity or as private practice held within the hospital.

Appointments can be booked directly on Doctolib, for public as well as for private consultations, according to the consultation types and the slots open for booking.
When booking, it matters to select the type of consultation and the reason matching the medical situation. Availability, practical arrangements and the conditions of each consultation are set out in the diary itself.

Public hospital consultation
A request for a public consultation may also be sent to the department of internal medicine and clinical immunology of Saint-Antoine Hospital, in particular by the physician in charge of follow-up through Direct AP-HP, or according to the arrangements indicated by the department.

Before a first consultation
For a first consultation, a letter is required from the physician in charge of follow-up, whether general practitioner, gynaecologist or other specialist depending on the situation, together with the main medical documents already available.
The referral letter should, as far as possible, state the medical question being asked, the investigations already carried out, the diagnoses considered and the treatments received.
Medical reports, recent laboratory results, imaging examinations, pathology results and other relevant documents should be brought along where they are available.
This preparation makes it possible to avoid, as far as possible, repeating recent tests, and to focus the consultation on what remains to be investigated or discussed.

Requests for advice between physicians
Physicians wishing to seek a specialist opinion may send their request:
- by e-mail, to the address given on the official page of the department;
- to the consultation secretariat, using the contact details given on the official page of the department;
- for situations within their scope, through the multidisciplinary team meetings (RCP) and expert schemes in which the department takes part, described on the Clinical research page.
These schemes concern in particular certain complex situations in reproductive immunology, in rare autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases, and the inflammatory or autoimmune manifestations associated with myeloid malignancies.
