Clinical research follows directly from the questions met in medical practice: characterising diseases, identifying their prognostic factors and biomarkers, and assessing new treatment strategies.

The studies listed here are the trials, prospective cohorts and registries coordinated or co-coordinated within the department of internal medicine and clinical immunology at Saint-Antoine Hospital, with French and international teams.

An ongoing trial has no result, and a preprint is not a publication: both are labelled as such.

National multidisciplinary boards

The department coordinates two national multidisciplinary team meetings of the FAI²R rare disease network: one on unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss, recurrent miscarriage and inflammatory placental disorders, and one, within the MINHEMON network, on autoimmune and inflammatory manifestations associated with myeloid malignancies.

They are open to physicians caring for a patient who wish to obtain a specialist or multidisciplinary opinion.
